Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely stoked about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—just like we carefully select our premium water sports equipment.

Return Policy Highlights

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Lycra/Rashguards, Bikini Bottoms/Tops, or used Bodyboarding gear unless defective

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our warehouse at:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your return tracking number for reference

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • International Returns: Contact us for special instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying:

  • Item you’d like instead
  • Size/color preference
  • Whether to ship immediately or wait for your exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If your surfboard, wetsuit, or other gear arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage
  2. Email them to us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
