Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Lycra and Rashguards
- Bikini Bottoms and Tops
- Bodyboarding gear with signs of use
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse at: Surf Shop Returns

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- International Returns: Contact us for special instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying:
- Item you’d like instead
- Size/color preference
- Whether to ship immediately or wait for your exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
If your surfboard, wetsuit, or other gear arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage
- Email them to us within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
