Check our detailed sizing chart for each wetsuit model. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Remember that wetsuits should fit snugly but not restrict movement. If you need personalized advice, contact our customer service.

Absolutely! We offer a range of surfboards suitable for all skill levels. Our team can help you select the perfect board based on your height, weight, and experience level. Look for boards with more volume if you’re just starting out.

We ship worldwide to water lovers everywhere! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically check if we can ship to your location.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

Currently, we offer our Standard and Free Shipping options. We’re working on adding expedited options for those last-minute surf trips – stay tuned!

We stand behind our gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Some restrictions apply to hygiene-sensitive products.

Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your return, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
